Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held on May 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST at the NCRCB board office located in Cary, NC, at 125 Edinburgh South Drive, Suite 100. The hearing will end at 11:00 AM EST. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comments concerning the permanent adoption or amendments of the Board Rules published in the NC Register, Volume 40, Issue 20, April 15, 2026, as posted on the OAH website in PDF format. To access the Register online, go to the OAH website. The public may also provide written comments to the Board. The comment period will end at 5:00 PM on June 15, 2026. Comments may be sent to the address below. The meeting will take place at the Board Office located at 125 Edinburgh South Drive, Suite 100, in Cary, NC 27511.
